About Colleen

Colleen is the architect of American Tower’s diversity and inclusion strategy, where she oversees the implementation of social change initiatives and best practices to advance the organization’s global footprint and inclusive culture. Previously, Colleen was the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at MFS Investment Management where she built the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy engaging with pivotal clients, strategic partners, internal and external stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Colleen is a chair or member of numerous educational, civic, and philanthropic boards including the Massachusetts Business Roundtable, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship. Colleen began her career by serving on the Capitol Hill staff of Senator Edward M. Kennedy, where she worked on the policy concerning education, children, and low-income policy.
