A recognized leader in human resources strategy, Kim brings a strong understanding of internal communications, including talent acquisition, culture, and organizational design, HR technology, compensation, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Hudson-Lake, Kim served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Operational Excellence at Toyota Financial Services.
