Maggie is 2U, Inc.’s chief people officer and oversees global human resources, talent management, recruiting, and the growth and sustainability of 2U’s great culture. She is a member of 2U’s global executive team. Both inside and outside of 2U, Ruvoldt has demonstrated her passion and commitment to building and maintaining an inclusive community. Before 2U launched Business Resource Networks, Ruvoldt created a program to mentor and develop future women leaders.
