About Suzie

Suzie was named Simmons University’s Chief People Officer in 2020 to lead HR innovation and create the university’s workforce of the future. She also serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to ensure the success of online learning university-wide. She oversaw major organizational redesign and spearheaded the Simmons Experience Program, an initiative focused on improving student retention through improved faculty, staff, and student experiences and engagement. Suzie’s experience spans multiple industries from financial services to management consulting, to higher education. She is a certified Gallup Strengths coach, a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership, and a member of the Boston Club.
