Dawn Frazier-Bohnert joined Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2013 to shape the new office of Diversity and Inclusion. As Executive Vice President, Dawn is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of Liberty Mutual’s diversity and inclusion strategy and programs. This includes internal and external communications, metrics, and the development of employee resource groups. Dawn is on Black Enterprise’s 2019 Most Powerful Women in Corporate Diversity list and is a recipient of the 2019 Profiles in Diversity Journal Diversity Leader Award.

Stuart is a Partner at Boston-based Building Industry Products, the leading private equity firm in the building industry. Kliman also serves as the Head of BIP’s newly formed Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on human capital management. Kliman is a veteran strategic consulting firm leader and an expert in organizational change and individual capability building. Stuart’s long-standing interest in these areas began at the Harvard Negotiation Project, the think tank responsible for authoring Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In, a seminal work on negotiation and collaboration. Kliman has authored many research reports and other white papers on topics ranging from alliance strategy and management to key capabilities for leaders and the future of work.

Dr. Wooten is the ninth president of Simmons University and the first African American to lead the university. A seasoned academic and an expert on organizational development and transformation, Lynn specializes in crisis leadership, diversity and inclusion, and positive leadership—organizational behavior that reveals and nurtures the highest level of human potential. Lynn is an innovative leader and prolific author and presenter whose research has informed her work in the classroom and as an administrator.

Lynn has also maintained a robust clinical practice, providing leadership development, education, and training for a wide variety of companies and institutions, from the Kellogg Foundation to Harvard University’s Kennedy School to Google.

Lynn grew up in Philadelphia. She is married to David Wooten, a chaired marketing professor at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. They have two children, Justin and Jada.

As CEO of Inclusion Wins, Amri is growing a consulting practice focused on generative inclusion systems design, Cultural Intelligence, Social Capital, and creating shared value between organizations and their stakeholders.

Born in Topeka, Kansas (USA), Amri has worked and lived in the U.S. and Brazil and currently lives in Basel, Switzerland, with his wife Martina and their three kids.

Michelle leads the strategy to ensure the diversity, equity and inclusion of Manulife’s global workforce, workplaces, local communities, and their wider marketplace efforts. An executive leader across industries with deep experience in Small Business Banking, Technology, Talent Management, Executive Recruiting, Culture, Inclusion and Diversity, Michelle joined Manulife in September of 2020. Her career began in the early 80’s in the financial services industry at Bank of America, building over fifteen years the company’s successful small business banking portfolio. Her strategy for small business customer acquisition and retention grew the firm’s market share customers, suppliers, and entrepreneurs through strategic programs, sponsorships and customized initiatives that reinforces ethnic and cultural empowerment. Moving from financial services to technology, Michelle joined Dell Technology, to bring her offline engagement success methods online, allowing technology to scale a one-of-a-kind stakeholder engagement and relationship management approach to the customer, workplace, and workforce. Key components included attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent, constantly refining an inclusive culture, and supporting Dell’s talent and customer facing brand. The recipient of numerous honors and recognition, receiving National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) 2019 Woman of Excellence for Innovation. Michelle was also recognized as The Network Journal Magazine “25 Most Influential Women in Business” The co-founder of Black Women of Influence (BWOI), a New York Based organization for Mid-Executive Level Multicultural Women, and an Executive Board of the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation. In 2018 Michelle authored her first book, “Sonnets from My Soul,” a collection of poetry published by Elloree Press. She is a sought-after speaker and commentator has been featured on numerous panels and publications.

Dan Helfrich is chairman and chief executive officer of Deloitte Consulting LLP. As CEO, he leads a team of more than 50,000 professionals who help clients solve their most complex problems. Whether it is identifying new market opportunities or talent models, implementing a new cloud-based application or maximizing an existing one, Dan is focused on helping the team deliver measurable, lasting results for clients. Dan is also a member of the US Executive Committee and the US Management Committee of Deloitte.

In his more than 20 years with Deloitte, Dan has led large customer-centric transformations for both public and private sector clients. Previously, Dan led the 16,000-person Government & Public Services practice. He also served as Deloitte Consulting’s strategy & transformation leader and led the Civilian Government sector.

On podcasts and through other media, Dan regularly shares his perspectives on leadership and building a purpose-driven and inclusive culture and challenging traditional business orthodoxies. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. He is also the voice of the 2019 NCAA Champion Georgetown University Men’s Soccer team. Dan lives near Washington, D.C. with his wife, Kristie, and their four children.

Susan is CEO of Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership and the Simmons University Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Chair of Women and Leadership. Susan ignites, inspires, and advises executives to foster a mindset of inclusion and create a culture of equity in their organizations. She is the author of two acclaimed books on leadership and her third, co-authored by Executive Chair of the Board of Deloitte US Janet Foutty and Simmons University President Dr. Lynn Perry Wooten, is on the way: Arrive & Thrive: 7 Impactful Practices for Women Navigating Leadership (McGraw-Hill, Spring 2022). Susan has been featured on ABC’s Good Morning America, she has served as a guest expert on the topic of leadership across most media platforms, and she has keynoted or consulted at over 500 organizations worldwide.

Elisa van Dam brings a wealth of experience in gender equity and inclusion to her role as head of the Allyship and Inclusion practice area. Elisa works with organizations and individual leaders to increase their understanding and practice of inclusive leadership behaviors. In collaboration with other Institute Fellows, she creates and delivers research-based content and programming, based on our proprietary framework that demystifies the Work of the Inclusive Leader™.

Elisa also maintains a private coaching practice, working with women on how to successfully navigate maternity leave. She is an IPEC Certified Professional Coach and holds an ICF (International Coach Federation), ACC certification. She is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.

Elisa is a former member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network Advisory Board, and the Boston Women’s Workforce Council’s HR Advisory Board. She was the co-founder and chair of the Simmons Women’s Initiative Forum, a networking group for people who are responsible for women’s networks and employee resource groups.

Elisa lives in the Boston area with her choreographer husband, their young adult son, and a willful rescue cat.
