As the Corporate Education Producer and Client Service Associate, Nia oversees all virtual programming for the Institute and provides Corporate Education clients with white-glove service.
Nia has worked in the events industry for several years, producing and managing events for companies including WeWork and the Fever Originals Candlelight concrete series. Nia’s expertise also extends into talent management and development, helping acts make the leap to larger platforms.
When she’s not producing or working with clients for the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership, she is working on her Massachusetts-based nonprofit called Spin Kidz. The Spin Kidz program introduces students to the basics of DJing, including rhythm (four-beats), beat matching, transitions, and scratching. The organization provides each student with new skills and a one-of-a-kind environment that allows them to forge meaningful and successful careers in the music industry.
