Highlights from the 45th Annual Simmons Leadership Conference

The 45th Annual Simmons Leadership Conference welcomed thousands of leaders in-person in Boston and virtually from around the world on April 3, 2024. We unpacked the theme of Creating Impact and gained heartfelt inspiration, wisdom, and insights from a world-class lineup of speakers, including Gloria Steinem, Trevor Noah, Cassandra Worthy, Magie Cook, Jennifer Hyman, and more.

Take a look at memorable moments from the 2024 Simmons Leadership Conference. Over the course of this one-day event, inspiring keynote speakers offered candid stories about their experiences on the way to the top, as well as principles for success to help attendees pursue their own professional path. The conference also offered thought-provoking panel discussions focused on leadership best practices. Each session allowed for candid and open Q & As with top women leaders who provided expert advice and pro tips designed for immediate application.

The greatest opportunity for leaders today is to foster workplaces where every individual feels valued, encouraged, and emboldened to lead as their authentic self.
