“Through understanding who I am at my best, I can do my best work, and grow as a leader, collaborate, and most importantly – I can educate, train and inspire younger clinicians to do the same. When people feel safe, valued, confident – they shine. They are receptive to learning – from here growth and education naturally flourish.”
