ESSENTIAL PRACTICES FOR YOUR WORKFORCE

Cultivating Accountability & Effective Communication: The “Best Self” Approach for Success

A Culture Where Everyone Is “ALL-IN”

Our post pandemic workforce is dispersed and increasingly diverse. Influencing, holding others accountable and communicating effectively has never been more challenging. To create a positive, high performing work culture that is all-in, a new approach is required to inspire the best people to want to join, stay and fully engage. Enter the “Best Self” approach, a proven framework designed to empower your entire workforce to effectively lead your organization into the future, regardless of their position or level.

“Best Self” Thinking Creates an Engaged Workforce

Now is the time to equip your workforce to lead your organization into the future using a “Best Self” approach, grounded in the belief that individuals will perform to their full potential when they identify and learn to live and lead at the intersection of where their strengths and talents overlap with where they drive unique value and find joy. Empower your workforce with the tools to recognize and return to their Best Self and watch your culture evolve, retaining your best talent while driving better business outcomes.

Susan Brady speaking at a keynote presentation

“Through understanding who I am at my best, I can do my best work, and grow as a leader, collaborate, and most importantly – I can educate, train and inspire younger clinicians to do the same. When people feel safe, valued, confident – they shine. They are receptive to learning – from here growth and education naturally flourish.”
