This 8-part virtual facilitator led learning journey focuses on the critical tools, skills, and strategies uniquely faced by women and is continually refreshed to focus on the current workforce trends differentially impacting women.
Best Practice Learning Components
In addition to the live sessions, participants complete a 360° leadership assessment, which allows them to benefit from a comprehensive understanding of their strengths highlighted through individual stories and examples shared by managers, direct reports, and peers. They also receive two individual coaching sessions and complete self-paced work to help them apply the key concepts covered in real-time to their individual roles.
