Samantha Tan

Consultant & Executive Coach

Samantha Tan is a consultant and executive coach partnering with leaders to align inner clarity with meaningful action. Her work is grounded, embodied, and relational, supporting thoughtful decision-making, trust-building, and sustainable leadership, particularly in times of transition and complexity. She is known for creating reflective, intimate spaces where people can slow down, think together, and move forward with coherence.

She serves on the boards of the World Cafe Community Foundation and The Jar, organizations dedicated to intentional, meaningful conversation as a catalyst for individual, organizational, and social impact.

Samantha is deeply passionate about women’s leadership and offers Leading from the Inside Out, a coaching program that emboldens women to lead from coherence, presence, and embodied knowing.

Samantha holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Bristol, a Master of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and was a Research Fellow in Leadership at the Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government. She is a graduate of the Newfield Network Certified Coach Training Program.

Her work has been published in the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, and she is a chapter contributor to The World Café: Shaping the Future Through Conversations That Matter (Berrett-Koehler). Her early career was in strategy and policy development with the Singapore government.

She lives in Boston, Massachusetts, with her son and their mini goldendoodle, Mochi.
