Scale the Impact Across Your Organization

Leading with Impact as a Self-Paced Online Learning Experience

Each learning module is entirely self paced, and leads you through the high-impact content and personal reflections that enable deep learning. Through short videos, interactive text, and guided exercises, you’ll engage with the content and create action steps that will enable you to immediately put your learning into practice and lead with more impact.

You’ll receive a downloadable custom journal for each module that includes the main learning from the session, our “Power Recap” of key points, as well as places to record your thoughts. This will serve as an ongoing resource for your learning and taking action.

We anticipate that each module will take between 30 and 60 minutes to complete. You don’t have to do them in a single sitting; and you can return to the content as often as you wish.
