Is the 2024 Simmons Leadership Conference a women-only event?
Not at all! We welcome allies of all genders and identities. Allyship is at the heart of our mission. We believe it’s time to call everyone into the conversation and invite them to help lead the way toward leadership equity and inclusion.
How can I participate in the 2024 Simmons Leadership Conference?
Choose from three flexible options: in-person in Boston, virtual from anywhere on April 3, 2024, or access it on-demand for 90 days post-event.
What’s the focus of this year’s conference?
Our 45th annual conference will explore the theme of Creating Impact as we empower women and their allies to Arrive & Thrive™ in today’s business landscape. We design the content to be ideal for both aspiring and accomplished leaders.

Your ticket covers a full day of speakers, panel discussions, leadership insights, networking, and access to our exhibit hall on April 3, 2024. Is there a dress code?
While we do not have a formal dress code, we recommend attendees wear business-casual attire. For in-person attendees, we suggest you wear comfortable shoes.

What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but completely transferable. Registration substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. All transfers must be made by February 15, 2024.
